Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will ship, how tracking works, and what to expect during delivery.


Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after we receive your order.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

If there is any delay in processing your order, we will contact you by email.


Shipping Times

We ship all orders using Standard Shipping (2–4 business days) within the United States.

Shipping time begins after the order has been processed.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes:

  • Your tracking number

  • A link to track the package

  • Estimated delivery date

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after the label is created.


Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100.


Wrong Address or Change of Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.
If you need to change your address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Orders already shipped cannot be changed or rerouted.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Packages lost or stolen after delivery

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

If your package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.


International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may take 7–14 business days depending on location.

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
